The Happiness Challenge

Happiness is appreciating the small things that we do, we get, we give in our day to day life which brings smile in someones face. Yes happiness is more about giving and spreading rather than taking.

We are all different minds in this world so there cannot be a standard definition of happiness, because different minds have different meaning for there Happiness. For some minds materialistic things give happiness, for some it may be spiritual things, and so on.

But what matter here is how we are appreciating the happiness we got. Sometimes we are so busy complaining about the problems in our lifes, that we forget to appreciate the blessings God gave us. Sometime the small thing, small incidents give us a lot of happiness.

Daddy’s little princes was sad because school has started today after the long summer break. Meanwhile, another little girl was singing in joy because, After all, the school was re-opening after a long summer break. Now, once again, she could start selling stationary at the traffic signal to feed her family. It’s all about perception the more positive you’re the more happier you will be.

Once a man asked lord Buddha

“I want happiness”

Lord Buddha said fine, but first you have to remove “I” that’s ego. Then remove “Want” that’s desire. And now you are left with only “Happiness”.

The Be a Baby Challenge

The task is to see something with a fresh new perspective, giving a baby step and exploring its new perception and dimension with engaging thoughts. So I choose a concept Cast and religion. Babies are curious and their minds are filled with endless questions in that way they learn new things. Hence this content is more of questions than explanation.

I see some pray sitting on a bench, some pray bending their knees, some pray sitting on the floor. Some pray on Sunday’s, some on Friday’s, and some on other days. Whom we are really trying to convince?

Are we all are trying to convince God in different ways and forms? then why there is a debate last week on television about how’s method is right and how’s method is wrong? If everybody believes in equality and peace, then why there was a riot yesterday in my neighboring city?

A tall man in a white gown said read his book, A man with thick and long beard said read this book, And last month a monk in saffron came to our house and said read his book. If all the path leads to almighty than why there is debate and fight to which path to follow. How does it matter whether you are eating in a wooden plate, clay plate or a steel plate when your ultimate goal is to have food.

Can’t we make it simple by breaking the barrier of caste, creed and religion? Let’s there be only one religion of humanity and every body belong to one caste and that is peace. No complex philosophy, no false pride that burns someones feelings.
One world, One religion, which will make these earth more peaceful.

Jack and Jill

Jack and Jill.

Jack and Jill went up the hill, To fetch a pail of water,
On the way they had  lots of butter.

Jack fell down and broke his crown,
Due to mud his face become like a clown.

And Jill came tumbling after,
And spilled all the butter in laughter.

Then up got Jack and said to Jill, As in his arms he took her,
Are you ill asked the jack looking at her.

Brush off that dirt for you’re not hurt,
But you laughed so hard that I heard you fart.

Let’s fetch that pail of water.” So Jack and Jill went up the hill, To fetch the pail of water,
But this time with no butter.

And took it home to Mother dear,
In a hope that they will get something good to hear

Who thanked her son and daughter,
For proving that they are not only good, but better.

That moment he realized the need of a companion in life a soul mate to share the good and bad of life. He said to himself, ” Yes, one should have a companion in life, but how will I know how will be my true companion. And where should I search for her. At that every moment he composed a beautiful poem in his mind.

Hunt a Haiku Challenge

For a keen observer your face is the mirror, through which he can see the love or hate you hold within. No matter how much you hide your face with the external makeup the sorrows of the heart, the pain of the past will clearly reflect on your face.

As an unknown poet quoted “Your eyes shows the strength of the soul”.

There are 21 expressions a human face can expresss. When some time we fall short of words, these expressions completes the conversation.

  • A rolling tear of a mother after seeing his son after a long time, express her happiness without the words.
  • A shying smile of the bride on a wedding day.
  • A frown the face of a father when you first introduce your boyfriend or girlfriend to him.
  • A happy face of a kid on getting a candy from the candy shop after school.
  • A sad face of a fan sitting silently on a chair when a team he supports looses a match.
  • An angry face of old man shouting on an officer in the bank for his pension clearance.

Your face and expression can say a lot than our words can.
